Privacy Policy

Electricity Tracker ("the App") is a personal electricity consumption tracker developed for Android devices by Arsalan Dev. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

Electricity Tracker does not collect any personal data. The only data the App stores is the information you enter yourself:

• Electricity meter readings (numeric values and dates)
• Estimated electricity bill amounts
• Monthly billing rate configurations (tariff slabs, surcharges, taxes)
• App preferences (currency symbol, selected theme)

This data is stored exclusively in a local SQLite database and in SharedPreferences on your device.

All data entered into Electricity Tracker is saved locally on your device using SQLite (sqflite) and SharedPreferences. We do not use any cloud storage, remote databases, or online synchronization services. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it (see Section 6 — Exports).

Electricity Tracker does not require or use an internet connection. The App does not make any network requests, connect to external servers, or communicate with any third-party APIs. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, or remote configuration systems embedded in this App.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any third parties. Since no data leaves your device, there is nothing to share. The App does not integrate any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising frameworks.

Electricity Tracker provides optional export functionality that allows you to generate PDF reports and CSV files of your meter readings and billing history. These files are saved directly to your device's Downloads folder. They are not uploaded or transmitted anywhere. You are solely responsible for any files you choose to share externally.

Electricity Tracker is a utility application intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.

Your data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, device encryption, etc.). We strongly encourage you to use your device's built-in security features to protect access to your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all locally stored data.

You can delete all of your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual readings from within the App
• Clearing the App's storage via your device's App settings
• Uninstalling the App entirely

All three actions permanently remove your data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
